Are the gites heated?
Yes there is heating in the gites when the weather is colder in the winter, there are radiators in every room.
Is bed linen provided?
Yes it is.
Are towels provided?
Yes they are, however we do ask that if you go swimming in lakes/pools or go rafting then please bring your own towels for that purpose.
Are there any laundry facilities?
Not in the gites, but there are laundry facilities at the local supermarket.
Is there a garden?
Yes, and it’s very private too; only our gites look onto it, and it has seating and outdoor dining table plus a BBQ for your use.
Where do we park?
Depending on occupancy, in front of the gites on our drive, or just a 30 second walk away.
Is there a Television?
Yes the gites have TVs, but ONLY for use with a DVD player, and if that doesn’t entertain your kids then there is a selection of good old-fashioned board games, books and jigsaws!!
Do the gites have WiFi?
Yes they do.
Where is the nearest supermarket?
The nearest to us is a 5 minute drive; don’t forget this is France and they still believe in having a life, so on Sundays you can only shop in the morning.
Can we hire a bicycle and where from?
There are places that you can hire a bike, all of which have been tried and tested by previous gite occupants.
Are there any restaurants near the gites?
Yes there are, but you’ll need a car (essential to get to them).
Why haven’t your prices altered for over 2 years?
We don’t believe in ripping you off and think that our prices are fair and decent considering how far you have to travel and the costs involved just to get here.
